先週の土曜日、元勤務先の上司と久しぶりにサシ飲みを決行!
Last Saturday, I went drinking with my ex‐boss for the first time in a while.

荻窪で土曜日の昼間15時から飲めるお店は少ないので、事前にネット検索して2件程候補はあったが、
何度か行ったことのあるこの店に落ち着いた
There are few japanese style pub that can be drunk from 15 o'clock on Saturday in Ogikubo, so I searched and picked up two bubs before on the inter-net but, Ultimately, we settled in this pub that we've been to several times.
実はこのお店、焼き鳥がメインだと思っていたのだが、北海道直送の珍しい海鮮と、
店長自らが広大な畑で作成している無農薬野菜が食べられるお店!初めて知ったぞ?!
Actually this pub thought that yakitori was the main dish, a rare seafood sent from directly to Hokkaido and a pub where you can eat organically produced vegetables that the owners themselves are producing in vast fields.

1.タコの卵 Octopus eggs
三杯酢を併せているのだが、鶏の卵を濃厚にした感じで無茶苦茶甘い!
黄身は無いのにとても不思議な味わい。食感はプチプチ。
Mixed 'Sanbaizu (a mixture of vinegar, soy sauce and sugar)', taste is very sweet and like thickens eggs of chicken.
調理前の卵も見せて頂いたぞ!

2.1個1,400円の牡蠣! Oyster price is 1,400 yen each!
3.稚貝 Young shellfish
4.魚の素揚げ fish deep-frying without breading or batter
初めて食べたサックサクの魚、美味しかったのに名前を忘れた・・・
The first time which I ate this fish, it was crispy and delicious but forgot that name ...
5.ゴジラ海老 Godzilla shrimp
幻の海老と呼ばれており、一番の特徴は漁獲量の少なさで、ボタンエビの漁を行う際、1000匹に1〜2匹だけまぎれ込む程度で狙って捕れるものではないらしい。
It is called a phantom shrimp, the best feature is the small amount of catch, when fishing a botan shrim, it seems that can not catch it for aiming.
6.無農薬ほうれん草のサラダ organically produced vegetables spinach salad
7.ボタン海老 Botan shrim
頭は素揚げにしてくれます♪
The head of the shrimp cooks in fried fish.
8.魚の塩麴 Fish mixed salt with rice malt
9.ねぎま pieces of chicken with pieces of leek
10.うずら焼き Fried quail
こちらは、本当に申し訳ないが少しだけ食べて残してしまった・・・・
お肉がなく、殆ど骨をバリバリ食べる感じで、臭いも独特、ビールに合うとは思うが、自分は苦手。

Feel like eating bone with little meat and smell is also unique, I think that it beter eat with beer, but I don't like.
ビールジョッキには、オーナー兄弟がプリントされている。
ご本人達はお店にいらしたのだが、そっくり!
